Brindon Addy, Butchers and Foodhall, we only deal with natural ingredients of supreme quality, which show you what your taste buds were really meant for. When you put together a dish using ingredients that have been nurtured and prepared by professionals to ensure optimum taste and succulence, the difference is startling. Based in Hade Edge, we’re an award-winning, family-run business, with many years of experience in the industry. Over time, we have branched into new areas, and we now make our own pasties, pies, and much more, as well as stocking a plethora of accompaniments, including preserves and marinades, and a selection of wines and spirits to wash your meal down with! But we have never lost our core values, and we never will. We are passionate about where our food is sourced. We support local Yorkshire suppliers, encourage traditional husbandry, and preserve heritage breeds. We exercise our extensive knowledge to ensure that we only sell the very best in quality.

Our passion for food and Yorkshire produce ensures that you will always get the freshest ingredients of the highest quality. We know that an exquisite taste experience starts with our farmers. We invest a great deal of care and attention into where our produce is sourced. This means no artificial rubbish and no rushing!

Whenever possible, we source our produce from Yorkshire-based suppliers. Our meat comes from caring, honest, local farmers, who we enjoy a great relationship with. We then mature and butcher it in the most hygienic environment, delivering the best cuts, boasting unsurpassable taste and succulence. We produce all of our cooked meats and pies in-house, using the finest ingredients and traditional, proven recipes. This level of care and commitment extends to the rest of our products, including vegetables, condiments, and preserves, as well as our wines, spirits, and beers, which are largely sourced from local artisan producers.
